DOUSING THE ‘FIRE’

I was extremely disappointed to hear of the demise of “Gabriel’s Fire” and its transition into a new format. This program, which showcased James Earl Jones’ superb talent, was the best dramatic series on TV. Why couldn’t the executives leave well enough alone and focus on promoting “Gabriel’s Fire” rather than tearing it down?
