Drug Test Ordered: Comedian David Brenner and former girlfriend Charisse Brody have been ordered to undergo drug tests and see a psychiatrist before a judge decides who gets custody of their son. Brody, 34, admits to years of narcotics addiction but says she is drug-free and able to care for her son, Cole, 9 1/2. Brenner, who acknowledged years of drug abuse, insisted both be tested.
