INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts have a new coach, but it was the same old story for the Colts Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Bubby Brister’s second-half touchdown passes of 21 yards to Eric Green and 24 yards to Barry Foster led the Steelers to a 21-3 victory over the winless Colts, spoiling the NFL coaching debut of Rick Venturi.
The Colts (0-6) led 3-0 at halftime, but Brister completed all seven of his passes after halftime and finished with 13 completions in 16 attempts for 181 yards as the Steelers (3-2) took control.
Eric Dickerson gained 24 yards in 13 carries for the Colts, who had only 42 yards rushing.
