San Francisco-Area Radio Stations Sold: King Broadcasting Co. of Seattle will sell its two San Francisco-area radio stations, KSFO-AM and KYA-FM, to First Broadcasting Co. for an undisclosed price. First Broadcasting is owned by Ronald Unkefer, chairman and chief executive of Good Guys Inc., an electronics retail chain based in San Francisco. KSFO and KYA broadcast rock classics. KSFO also features sports call-in programs and broadcasts Oakland Athletics baseball games.
