Robert J. Swanson has been appointed first vice president, director of administration for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Mission Viejo. He is responsible for support operations for more than 500 company-owned offices in the country. Swanson was previously executive vice president, general sales manager for Coldwell Banker-Southern California.
