* National Medical Enterprises has promoted Brian K. Eamer, son of Chairman Richard Eamer, to senior vice president of the company’s real estate department. The younger Eamer, 34, formerly a vice president of the Santa Monica-based firm, will continue to oversee NME’s real estate activities, including buying, selling, leasing, subleasing and management of the company’s properties throughout the country.
