Westwood : Study on AIDS Care Givers
UCLA is recruiting participants for a study of people who care for people with AIDS.
Individuals who live in Los Angeles County and are primary care givers for adults with acquired immune deficiency syndrome are being sought by the UCLA School of Public Health.
According to school officials, the study will look at the physical, emotional and financial consequences over time of caring for people with AIDS.
The project will also look at services available to people with AIDS and those who care for them and at issues unique to care givers who are themselves infected with the AIDS virus.
