Soviets Get Grammys: The Grammy Awards will be carried on Soviet Central Television in February, giving as many as 160 million people in the Soviet Union their first major Western entertainment awards show. The awards, which last year aired in 56 countries, will be taped with a Russian narrator and added subtitles for airing in 15 republics of the Soviet Union. The telecast will be shown the weekend after the awards are presented Feb. 25 at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
