STAR TRACKS: One way to attract customers: a celebrity book signing. And the bigger name, the better. . . . Several hundred showed up for Zsa Zsa Gabor’s appearance at B. Dalton’s Bookseller in South Coast Plaza; the store sold 200 copies of Gabor’s “One Lifetime Is Not Enough.” The Bookplace in Anaheim Hills sold out all 600 copies of “Under Fire” when its author, Oliver North, showed up last week. . . . And there’s an added incentive: “Once people are here,” says B. Dalton’s manager Jason Clark, “they seem to stick around for a while and pick up a few items for Christmas.”
