Wrestling: Thursday’s showdown between Savanna, ranked No. 2 in the county, and Shawnee, a three-time State champion from Oklahoma, wasn’t the only top wrestling attraction in the coming week.
--The Five Counties Invitational, annually a preview of the upcoming Southern Section championships, begins at 3 p.m. today at Fountain Valley. The meet continues with championship matches Saturday night.
--Top-ranked Canyon plays host to No. 4 El Modena in a Century League meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
