PLACENTIA : Blaze Destroys Garage, Two Cars

A deliberately set fire destroyed a garage and two cars parked inside it on Sunday, causing $31,500 damage to the structure and vehicles, Orange County Fire Department officials said.
The fire in a detached condominium garage at 1033 Buccaneer Drive is still under investigation, Fire Capt. Jack Wallace said.
Firefighters kept the blaze, which was reported at 8:27 a.m., from spreading to an adjacent building, Wallace said.
