JAWBREAKERS: The Anaheim Convention Center is busy with consumer shows and public events, but more than a million people in 1991 attended non-public conventions--big and small. . . . The big draws were music merchants and dentists, more than 35,000 each. But not all good shows have to be huge. A barbershop quartet convention drew just 225, and the Studebaker Drivers Club just less than 500.
Big Draws
