Wow! What an innovative way to spend money you don’t have. Rather than condemning members of the House for their check-writing habits, I think we ought to ask them to have the House Banking Committee initiate action to require banks serving us ordinary citizens to provide the same services. By so doing we may be able to spend our way out of this recession.
