On the Job: Jim Moret, who has worked at KCBS-TV and KABC-TV, is the new senior entertainment correspondent for CNN and will report and produce show-biz stories from CNN’s Los Angeles bureau. Moret is a graduate of both UCLA and Southwestern University School of Law. . . . Lt. Col. Oliver North will host CNBC’s “Talk Live” show Saturday at 10 p.m. when the guests are scheduled to include former Iran hostages David Jacobsen and Joseph Cicippio, and conservative talk-show host Rush Limbaugh. Likely topics: the role North played in securing Jacobsen’s release and an assessment of how the Reagan and Bush administrations handled the hostage release.
