Thrill of Victory: ABC, which won the most National Sports Emmy Awards last year, has received 25 nominations for this year’s awards, more than any other network, cable or syndicated company. NBC followed with 24 nominations, ESPN had 15, CBS 15, HBO eight, cable’s USA Network two and Prime Ticket one. Various syndicators received six nominations. The Sports Emmy winners will be announced April 20 at ceremonies in New York.
