Growing pains: Cincinnati assistant Steve Moeller recalled seeing Corie Blount as a 6-foot-5, 160-pound senior at Monrovia High. The next time Moeller saw Blount, he had grown to 6-7 1/2, 180 pounds and was playing at Rancho Santiago College in Santa Ana. Blount is now 6-10, 220 pounds and starts for the Bearcats at center.
