A dinner honoring former Santa Ana High School football Coach Dick Hill is scheduled for 7 p.m. May 16 at the Santa Ana Elks Club.
Hill became the county’s winningest coach last season but was fired when he requested to become a walk-on coach. Hill has since become an assistant for Coach Tom Meiss at Foothill High.
Cost of the dinner is $25, which includes a gift. Reservations can be made by telephoning Bill Ross at 558-5896.
