Century Woods Owner Unit Praised

The 1992 Community Assn. of the Year Award of the Community Assns. Institute (CAI) has been presented to Century Woods Condominium Assn., which represented the owners of the 83 units at Century Woods, a 13.5-acre development in Century City.
CAI, based in Alexandria, Va., is a nonprofit education and information organization created in 1973 to serve condo, co-op and other homeowner associations throughout the United States.
