La Canada Flintridge : Youth Program Dropped
The City Council voted unanimously Monday to withdraw from the Foothill Youth Service Project, a program to divert juvenile offenders from the justice system.
The project had been funded by the cities of Burbank, Glendale, La Canada Flintridge and the school districts in the three cities. Burbank withdrew financial support last year and Glendale voted to discontinue funding in July.
