The Benefit Must Go On: Dismal box-office prospects in Los Angeles in the aftermath of the riots prompted the Joffrey Ballet to cancel its spring season at the Wiltern, but the Joffrey still plans to hold a company benefit May 28 at 7 p.m. at the Ambassador’s Cocoanut Grove. The program includes dinner plus a pas de deux from Peter Pucci’s “Billboards” (to music by Prince) and Laura Dean’s “Structure” pas de deux.
