A 47-year-old woman was attacked and tied up in her Ventura home Friday by two men who robbed her, police said.
The victim, whose name was not released, suffered minor injuries and was sent to Ventura County Medical Center where she was treated and released, a nursing supervisor said.
Two men went to the woman’s house on Anthony Drive about 11:30 a.m. and persuaded her to open the front door, police said. The pair then went into her house, knocked her to the floor and tied her up, police said. They searched her home, took an undetermined amount of cash and fled, police said.
