‘Listening’ to Moyers

Thanks to your cover story (TV Times, April 12), I knocked off “junk food TV” to watch Bill Moyers’ “Listening to America” series (PBS). Talk about exciting reality-based “crime” shows; this one tops the list.

What if we all flipped our dials to Moyers? The ratings would not only go through the roof, but politicians would realize we were getting better informed every week--which might just scare them into pushing through legislation on campaign reform.
