Swain Edges Sweeney in Racquetball Finals
ANAHEIM — Boston’s Cliff Swain was extended to five games before defeating Tim Sweeney of Chicago, 11-9, 12-10, 11-13, 8-11, 11-7, for the title of the Pro-Am Racquetball Championships Sunday at the L.A. Fitness Center.
Swain, who was the national champion in 1990 before sitting out last season, collected $5,000 for the victory.
