Peace and Freedom candidate Jack Lindblad, who is running for election in the 24th Congressional District, will host a campaign kickoff rally Saturday at Encino Park. The event is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at Genesta Avenue and Ventura Boulevard. Light refreshments will be served. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
