Hall Named President of Ralph M. Parsons Engineering and Construction

William E. Hall, 49, has replaced Robert B. Sheh as president of Ralph M. Parsons Co., a subsidiary of Pasadena-based Parsons Corp. that engages in international engineering and construction, the parent company announced Wednesday.
Sheh, 53, left the Parsons unit to become president and chief executive of International Technology Corp. in Torrance.
Hall, a 13-year veteran of the Parsons group, has served as senior vice president and manager of the subsidiary’s petroleum and chemicals division since 1989.
