Perot, Supporters Meet, Discuss Grass-Roots Plans

DALLAS — Ross Perot met privately Wednesday with supporters from 49 states who came for a second strategy session to decide a purpose and structure for the grass-roots political movement he started. Perot left through a back door and avoided reporters. Participants said they had promised not to discuss the meeting until they had written a formal statement.
