BERLIN — Neo-Nazi skinheads went on a rampage over the weekend, attacking foreigners or their homes in six German towns, police said Sunday. At least five people were hurt and 10 arrested.
All but one of the attacks occurred in small eastern German towns near Berlin either late Saturday or early Sunday, police said. The other attack took place in the western German city of Nuremberg on Saturday night.
It was one of the worst weekends of neo-Nazi violence in Germany, which has seen a rise in right-wing assaults on the increasing number of refugees.
