Eric Wynalda of Westlake Village, an occasional starting forward on the U.S. national team, scored his first two goals in the German Bundesliga to lead Saarbruecken over Karlsruhe, 2-0.
Wynalda, 23 and the only American playing soccer in the German first division, had three goals during a German Cup match earlier this week.
