Change the Date: As the Woody Allen-Mia Farrow custody battle continues to make headlines, TriStar Pictures announced Monday that Allen’s new film, “Husbands and Wives,” will open nationwide on Sept. 18, instead of a planned platform release beginning Sept. 23 in eight cities, including New York and Los Angeles. The film was to open around the country Oct. 9. Aside from the junket, the studio’s marketing plans regarding the film “remain unchanged.”
