Batten Down the Show: Contingency plans were being worked up Monday in Biloxi, Miss., in case Hurricane Andrew blows out tonight’s CBS telecast of the “Miss Teen U.S.A. Pageant,” scheduled to take place at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. One alternative is to tape today’s dress rehearsal, in case the real show can’t go on tonight. Pageant officials are getting weather updates every four hours and say it will be “safety first before the show.” Dick Clark and Leeza Gibbons are the co-hosts.
