Cold War Victors

Cold War materialism defeated communism; coercion did not inspire production sufficient to match the West. Materialism continues to erode values within the United States; it is folly to believe that the United States won the Cold War. Materialism is in the world driver’s seat and environmentalism is in the trunk. The sooner this situation is reversed the better will be the human condition.
