COSTA MESA : GOP Group Plans Candidates’ Forum

The 11 candidates competing for three spots on the City Council will face off Thursday night in a forum at the Neighborhood Community Center.
At the forum, sponsored by the Costa Mesa Republican Assembly, the candidates will answer questions from the news media. The forum is open to the public and will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m. The question-and-answer period will begin at 7 p.m.
John Moorlach, president of the board of directors of the Costa Mesa Republican Assembly, will serve as moderator and will also direct questions from the audience.
