NOT QUITE ENOUGH: Orange County residents have shown their concern for Hurricane Andrew victims through their pockets: more than $200,000 collected here since the disaster hit the Florida coast, American Red Cross officials announced Tuesday. But . . . it’s not quite enough. The Red Cross goal is to raise $65 million in Andrew relief, and $600,000 of that is assigned to the local chapter. . . . Says chapter president Terry Hartshorn: “We’re counting on the generous spirit of individuals in Orange County to continue.”
