The National League announced that the Colorado Rockies had won a coin toss to determine whether they or the Florida Marlins would pick first in Tuesday’s expansion draft. The Rockies plan to wait until Monday night to announce what they will do. Colorado can either pick first throughout the first round or pick first in the second and third rounds.
