Santa Ana Company Increases Dividend

First American Financial Corp. announced Friday that it increased its quarterly dividend by 12.5%, to 11.25 cents a share from 10 cents a share.
The real estate financial services company, based in Santa Ana, declared its dividend at a board of directors meeting on Wednesday. The dividend, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, is payable to shareholders on Jan. 15.
The company, which also operates a trust and banking business, said it has paid a cash dividend every year since 1909.
