Somalia Special: KCAL Channel 9 will put aside its regular 9-10 p.m. news program Friday to offer a “town hall meeting” on Somalia. With Pat Harvey in the KCAL studios and David Jackson reporting live from Somalia, the special will take place before a live audience and air the opinions of medical, military, hunger-relief and other representatives. . . . Looking ahead, KCAL also has scheduled live coverage of Gov. Pete Wilson’s State of the State message for 5 p.m. on Jan. 6.
