Belden H. Brown has been appointed vice president of financial services for Capital Financial Consultants Inc., a San Juan Capistrano financial advisory concern. He was previously senior vice president of marketing for Rancon Securities in Temecula. In addition, James A. Connor has joined the company as vice president of real estate services. He was formerly with Bishop Hawk’s Southern California real estate brokerage operation in Newport Beach, where he was in sales and management for 11 years.
