RE-CYCLE: Color scheme controversies continue in Laguna Beach. Last year, Commissioner Matthew J. Flynn threw out a traffic ticket because state law requires that motorcycles be painted black and white, and trendy Laguna’s have blue trim and a blue gas tank. Friday, Flynn kicked out six more tickets. . . . The commissioner and ex-cop said he had no choice: “I wish I could make them change the law or change the color. I empathize with everybody.”
