Jerry Tarkanian, fired as coach of the San Antonio Spurs last month, said he won’t be taking another coaching job this year because of his health. Tarkanian suffered chest pains during the Spurs’ game in Houston on Nov. 18, then experienced chest pains again about two weeks ago. He said his doctor fears he might have suffered a slight heart attack.
