INCHING BACK: No doubt 1991 was a down year for Walt Disney Chairman Michael D. Eisner, when his salary and bonuses dropped from 1990’s $11.2 million to $5.4 million. But a report prepared for today’s annual stockholders meeting in Anaheim (D5) shows he’s bouncing back: $7.4 million in salary and bonuses for 1992. . . . That’s in addition to the $197 million in stock options that Eisner cashed in last December, to dodge any new Clinton tax rules.
