Human Rights Award: Paul McCartney will have lots of company when he headlines the Concerts for the Environment’s National Earth Day Concert on April 16 at the Hollywood Bowl. The bill includes k.d. lang, En Vogue, the Steve Miller Band, 10,000 Maniacs, P.M. Dawn, Kenny Loggins and Bruce Cockburn. Tickets, priced $25 to $1,250, go on sale Saturday through Ticketmaster. Priority wristbands will be distributed at 8 a.m.
