TAKING TIME: Two years after being released by the Angels, Fernando Valenzuela will pitch again at Anaheim Stadium, this time in a Baltimore Orioles uniform (C1). . . . Valenzuela, 1-4 with a 4.09 earned-run average with the Orioles, will start tonight at 7:05 against the Angels’ Julio Valera. . . . “I think the Angels judged me a little too soon,” says Valenzuela, the former Dodger folk hero. “The Orioles are giving me more time to find my groove.”
