Atlanta Firm Increases Stake in Pollution Corp.

An Atlanta investment firm boosted its stake in Pollution Research and Control Corp. to 9.5% from 7.3% for investment purposes.
Acquisition Advisors Inc. bought 134,999 shares of the Glendale-based manufacturer of automated air pollution-monitoring systems from Kent Capital Ltd. for $101,249, according to Securities and Exchange Commission documents.
