SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : School District to Air Report on Television
The Capistrano Unified School District will present its annual report to the community via a 29-minute television program that will be broadcast many times in the coming days on local cable channels.
School district spokeswoman Jacqueline Price said she hopes more members of the community will take an interest in the video report than have perused the printed reports in the past.
“In these busy times, when people have little opportunity to read as frequently as they might like, the presentation of an (informational) television program about the school district offers them a relaxing and enjoyable way to learn about their schools,” Price said in a statement.
The video program will also be available at the district’s schools for parents, employees or other interested residents to borrow and view at home.
The program will air on Channel 30 at 5:30 and 9 p.m. today, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Nov. 12 and 14; and at 5:30 p.m. today and Nov. 11. It will also air on Channel 31 at 10 p.m. Monday, and Tuesday at 1, 3 and 5 p.m.
