Malibu Arts Coalition Fund-Raiser

Music, dance, dramatic performances and an art auction are all on the schedule for the Malibu Performing Arts Coalition’s inaugural fund-raiser on Saturday.
Half the proceeds from the event, titled “A Soupcon of the Arts” and staged at a private estate near Zuma Beach, will be donated to victims of last week’s fire.
The Performing Arts Coalition, which is sponsored by the Malibu Department of Parks and Recreation, wants to establish a performing arts center in the city.
The fund-raiser starts at 7 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $75. Information: (310) 456-8821.
