Lawyers Move to Disqualify Judge in CBS Case: Attorney Joseph Yanny, who represents television producer Philip DeGuere Jr. in a suit alleging that DeGuere’s television pilot “Triangle” was wrongfully canceled, sought to disqualify Superior Court Judge Richard C. Neal. Yanny is arguing that there is a conflict because Neal’s wife, Barbara A. Reeves, is a partner with the law firm Morrison & Foerster, which has represented CBS on tax and regulatory issues.
