Chief Financial Officer Is Named by Cybernetics

* Dean N. Trojan has been appointed chief financial officer of Cybernetics Products Inc., a Santa Ana manufacturer of machinery, camera equipment and mechanical scanners. He succeeds Joseph E. Levangie, who had served as part-time chief financial officer since the company’s inception. Levangie will remain a director and assume the newly created post of vice president of corporate development. Trojan most recently served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Koll Management Services Inc.

* Marshall Kerr has joined ICU Medical Inc., a medical-device manufacturer in Irvine, as vice president of sales. He was formerly with Professional Hospital Supply in Temecula, where he served as executive vice president.
