BALDWIN PARK: Two former Baldwin Park police officers charged with felony assault, use of unnecessary and unreasonable force and filing a false police report are being tried in Los Angeles Superior Court this month. Louis Price and Kenneth Shearen allegedly beat Gilbert Gutierrez, a robbery suspect, when he fled from police on Feb. 1, 1991.
