The Costa Mesa provider of technology software products and engineering services posted a profit of $451,000, or 5 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter, down from $1.2 million, or 12 cents a share, recorded in the previous year’s quarter. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 declined 6% to $10.5 million. For the first half, profit totaled $525,000, or 6 cents a share. That compares with $2.6 million, or 25 cents a share, for the first six months of 1992, which included a gain of $840,000 from an accounting change. Revenue dropped to $19.2 million from $20.4 million.
