New Homes Going Up: Warmington Homes in Costa Mesa said it will build 92 homes priced at about $200,000 in the master-planned community of Rancho Santa Margarita.
The 68-year-old home-building company is also planning to erect 33 homes in Warmington Estates in the hills of Yorba Linda. Those houses will be priced at about $350,000 on large lots that will average 10,000 square feet.
